About this product
The Letters & Sounds Phase Fiction Books are decodable readers designed to help children build strong reading skills through controlled vocabulary. These books follow a week-by-week progression of letter sounds, allowing children to read only regular, decodable words. Each book also introduces a few common exception words, or tricky words, which are listed at the beginning to ensure young readers are familiar with them before tackling the text.
These decodable readers are perfect for early learners as they provide a structured way to improve phonics, word recognition, and reading confidence. With engaging, simple stories, they help reinforce letter-sound relationships and phonemic awareness. Ideal for home or classroom use, these books offer a gradual approach to reading success, making them a valuable resource for young readers. Each set includes multiple titles, ensuring plenty of practice for each phase.
