Extra size is for teens through adults. Width is 41-46" and length is 18.5-19.75". The vest includes 2 lbs. of weight: four 1/4 lb. weights and two 1/2 lb. weights. Machine washable in cold water. (remove weight before washing). Blue.
Measurements shown reflect the size of the vest. To measure for width, lift arms slightly and measure around your chest. Note: For a snug fit with compression vests, select a vest where the smallest width measurement is at least 4 inches less than the measurement around the chest. Special Needs Item.
